Modular Co-location Services

AI-ready. Energy-efficient. Built with your needs in mind.

Navon is preparing to launch modular, Tier III-compliant co-location services at its proposed site in the Hells Gate Deep Tech Park, located within the Naivasha Special Economic Zone (SEZ).

The project is currently undergoing licensing and development approvals. Once active, it will offer a cost-efficient, right-sized alternative for organisations looking to deploy compute infrastructure in East Africa, especially those bringing their own hardware.

What we’re planning to offer:

  • Right-fit colocation, tuned to your workload, rack specs, and power needs

  • ~50% lower cost vs traditional colocation (based on $6M/MW benchmarks)

  • Fast deployment cycles using pre-integrated modular pods

  • Geothermal power supply with future-ready backup and substation integration

  • Support options including local operations teams, orchestration tooling, and training partnerships

How It Works

Step 1

Share Your Needs

Tell us your target use case, IT load, growth plans and preferred hardware specs (GPU, CPU, storage, networking, etc.). We match your capacity, cooling, power, and security requirements.

Watt-Bit Spread

Step 2

We build the right-fit environment

We design and assemble your pod in a modular format, customised to fit your compute needs. You get:

  • N+1 cooling and power redundancy

  • Fire-rated (EI60) enclosures

  • Secure access zones

  • Network & connectivity services

Step 3

You Ship, We Host

You bring the servers. We handle racking, integration, commissioning, and support. We can also help manage orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), monitoring, and user access controls.

Host your hardware with Navon

Use our simple form to tell us what you’re building and when you want to be live.

We’ll work with you to:

  • Size the pod right

  • Price it right

  • Deploy it fast
